Slow your breathing down. 8 seconds in, 6 seconds out... you'll be asleep in 20 or 30 something minutes

There were military experiments about sleep deprivation. It's messed up... I think that about 5 day, you begin to experiment severe paranoia. But each person is a different person, so it depends how much you can take...

It actually took me another 2 hours to get to sleep. I swear I could clearly hear my phone ringing (tho, it really wasn't), people talking, I even thought there was a bullfrog in my room. What was also strange, when I blacked out the light in our room...I kept having very easy time imagining/forming complex geometric designs and manipulating them.

Now I can't even type...I miss/add/reverse/double a characters every 20 key strokes.

But as interesting as that was...it was not a "I want to do that again" experience. The booze pushed me over the edge...never had that happen before. I guess I am getting older...but thought I'd something more to say.

At the same time, I guess I was derp'tarded by the lack of sleep. I guess I was a little too tired to think...rather, not to consider gov/mil sponsored projects. I tried googling, it was too hard to sift through the info.
