It varies on my hair length, its thinning too but not real bad. I understand male pattern baldness is a possibility but why is it so itchy too?

Yes, a bout a month now, Tingling at base of scalp.
Left rear

Not anything as bad as the time I went into Walmart in Roswell (had to) and as soon as I walked in I felt like I walked into a spiders web..ALL OVER FACE A SCALP

These are preds that feed off our human awareness. You can't see them

I read that it can be a sign of heart disease due to restricted blood vessels. I guess I could start with a dermatologist. I mixed amber listerine in my shampoo and it helps a little.

Is this the only abnormality you've been experiencing with your body? Any other unusual symptoms or sensations?

Could be your crown chakra having opened. The top of anyone's head will get tickly-itchy and warm, or even feel a pulsing and hot-heat.

Have you experienced any kind of personal epiphany lately? Read or watched any thought provoking info? Any profound dreams?

Do you have a rash or flaking?

And just how itchy? Do you want to claw at yourself, or is it just tickly?

you got two choices, propecia works but you might as well cut your balls off as your entire endocrine system will be fucked up for life.

or you just embrace the hairloss and say fuck it

Totally stop the soap and shampoo you are using. They all have chemicals your body absorbs.

Get coconut soap and shampoo from vitacost.com

Use as sparingly as possible.

Yogurt. One of the greatest of all fungus-fighting foods in your fridge is yogurt that contains live acidophilus. The flavor isn't important as long as the yogurt contains the active bacteria. (Commercial yogurts with live culture now carry a seal indicating this; a live culture is crucial!) Acidophilus helps control vaginal and oral yeast, but it may give other fungi a pretty good fight, too. And if nothing else, it tastes good and is good for you.

Apply to fungal area...
