Even though there is no data to back this up. Its an urban legend that a father can be replaced with another man or a role model effectively after the child has grown accustomed to them. To admit the data is real though would be admitting fathers are as important as mothers in a childs development as a healthy adult though.

I bring up fathers and not mothers because the overwhelming majority of cases still give custody to mothers and what the vast majority of these children are missing in their development is their birth fathers daily influence. Also extensively documented.

Its sad no one will just look at the facts and put their feelings aside.

You are correct about some men. This problem is caused by the fact that many fathers no longer teach their sons the skills required to perform the tasks you outlined. Such as farming or building a homestead. Those are skills that are passed on from one generation to another.

Being an older gentleman, I was fortunate that my father taught me how to construct a house, clear land and such.

It is a shame many of the younger crowd do not have an opportunity to learn these skills.

As for when the shit hits the fan, those types of skills will be of great value since they will help ensure survival of the family as a whole.

As for whores, what real men want is a woman who knows how to be a woman and be his partner in life at the same time. A true partnership between a man and a woman is required to make a family whole.
