It's a look at all the stories in the news that have 9/11 or the number 9, 11 (or 2001) in them as we get closer to the 13th anniversary.
A good example is the story on the Guardian in which they say the UK is ranked 9th out of 11 countries for children healthcare

Decided to watch the original Star Wars last night, and found 9/11 coded in it. After Luke gets R2 to shut down the trash compactor, he says they are in disposal number 36/38/37, or, 9/11/1. Never caught it before, don't know why I played attention this time, but thought I would share.

That must mean GL knew.
