Yea and the only study that came back with an actual large enough sample group was done in China, it was completely weighted. Other health factors weren't taken into consideration. That being said, Bacon isnt technically red meat and massive amounts of animal fat cant be good for you, |

Sprinkle light brown sugar on the bacon throughout the process. I use a flour sifter. You'll need to drain the final product on clean cardboard as it's really sticky - paper towels won't work. Then lay the bacon in a single layer on the rack(s) of your food dehydrator and let it go for about 12 hours. Pairs well with deviled eggs as appetizers for any occasion. The glass is neither half-full nor half-empty. The glass is 2x as big as it needs to be. |
