Exactly!!! You watch the videos, and their hands aren't even tied. They either have them behind their head or on the next guys shoulders, but none are bound.

I was watching the news on TV last night, and in the video clip they showed, there was one prisoner even walking with his his hands to his side normally.

They are stripped to their undies and being marched at gunpoint to the middle of nowhere in the desert for a well known fate. At least try to bum rush the captors. They are going to die anyways. If they could take a guy or two with them, the better, and at least its a chance. I would also think in their eyes, perhaps Allah would look more favorable on a fighter than someone being led to their own slaughter.
