You can go into the deep rural south. There are still a few little small towns around where it's all white. Problem is, you start running into klan country. And then you're gonna have a whole new set of issues to deal with.

Go visit any black household. Most blacks come from families with 5 or more kids. Then of course they have their "cuzzins" and "brothas" and an endless extended family of people that have no lue who their real fathers, mothers are. They are basically a tribe.

Any black house you will see people endlessly coming and going at all hours of the night and day. To be heard above everyone else you have to be loud, obnoxious and basically screaming to be noticed.

Add on top of all that noise the endless rap music being played 24/7. It is like living in a jungle full of rabid beasts. No chance that a black kid who even wanted to study for school could possibly do so in that crazy environment.

Then add on top of all that the fact that most of the tribe running through these out of control houses are high on something. Then of course all of them have chips on their shoulders and are just one word from going off at the world and anyone around them. The stress levels are at a maximum. The insanity is at a maximum.
