I highly recommend you spend some time absorbing and revelling in the energy from nature. Hold the branch of a tree and let it know you care, and when you're ready you can move onto showing animals and then humans some love.

You receive many times the positive energy that you put out in this world, especially in physical person vs. online.

If so, depending on the type and length of fast, this could be part of or the problem. Could be toxins that have become mobile in your system....i.e. when you lose fat, for example, stored contaminants can reenter your bloodstream. A good thing if they're ultimately excreted, but can make you feel like shit in the mean time. Also, some fasts can result in serious vitamin and/or mineral depletions in your body, which can ultimately significantly alter brain chemistry, thus inducing all sorts of neurological effects, one of which may manifest as symptoms of depression. Contaminants such as certain heavy metals can do the same.

Ah, relationship stuff. We've all been there at one time or another. Time will heal it. Best thing you can do is try to stay as busy as possible to keep your mind off it. Dwelling on it will prolong the pain. It'll get better.

Sorry, to hear you are feeling so down. Unfortunately, I can empathize with you. So much in the world seems to suck right now. Do what you gotta to do...take some "me time", do some of your favorite things, hang out with people you love, who make you feel good and try to think positive. Easier said than done, I know. Just like Eckhart, it usually is some sort of pain that drives people to do things they would not do before. I felt like I was kind of possesed with thinking. (exaggerating a bit guys, not demons lol) It requires a lot of practice. As for heroin addiction, it probably caused a lot of change to the brain, so im not so sure this will help in this case.
