Heard a ton of sirens all around which is very unusual for here. So I found a local police scanner site:

Not used to listening to this stuff, most of it makes no sense to me,
but one person said "The victim just told the officer that he does not know who came up behind him and shot him"

Then just now "Get us a dog please"
