The Federal Aviation Administration tells CNN that the pilot has not communicated since around 10 a.m. ET.

The plane left Rochester, NY at 8 a.m. ET set for Naples, FL for a 2:05 p.m. arrival.

UPDATE: In addition to pilot, NORAD official believes there is one or two other people aboard the unresponsive plane.

My friend is on honeymoon in Jamaica.

An increase in speed would be an indication of the plane running out of fuel, thus giving into the forces of gravity and eventually reaching terminal velocity.

A drop in speed, well, I'm not even sure. There is something fishy going on here, from the post about the pilot still breathing, to the change in direction.

Then again, it may be the conspiritard in me.
