We have to find solutions. The whole system requires a reset—from health professionals, from food companies, from the producers, but also from the marketers, from the media, and from all the other stakeholders—because, the reality is that population will continue to increase, demands on the food system will continue to stress the system, and our collective lifestyles are driving climate change, which is putting even more stress on producing food. [link to www.washingtonpost.com] I was just about to post the snippet above. He also says above that it would be impossible to feed 7 billion people without nestle, even though he admits that companies like nestle are the reason farmers are becoming a thing of the past which will result in complete dependence on the "system" for food. Also no mention of nestle in North America draining the Great Lakes as if they own them and shipping the water to China. Yet it is illegal for many Americans to collect rainwater or dig a pond on their own property. Fuck nestle. |
