Thanks for that, I have seen these before but didn't notice they had the previous days results on them. Their setup is quite different from the Siberian one. They use a pair crossed polarity horizontally mounted magnetometers. The one in Tomsk uses a vertically mounted 5m dipole whip antenna. If you put them together you would have one that simultaneously measured the magnetic and electrical fields ;)

The big difference is that the BGS receiver is in Eskdalemuir, far from only noise that could drown out the tiny 1 picotesla signal. The one in Tomsk is in such a noisy environment its amazing they can pick out the signal at all!

Dunno but this freaking frequency is killing me. It started two months ago circa. It' s so loud and present night and day that covers tettonic plates ringing and haarp as well

Really curious as to why they haven't fixed it if it's faulty equipment or said something on the website as to why it appears this way.

Yep, it's looking particularly black now. I know some people are using the data, like this study that came out three years ago using the Tomsk data.

I am really curious as to why they are not saying anything about the lack of data!

I don't really know. I suppose the setup is quite minimalist, small and inexpensive. The whole thing runs off a PC and they don't have any magnetometers, just an aerial connected to the PC through some filters. [link to link.springer.com] It could just be that no one is really looking at it from their end, it may be a phenomenon that no one there is currently actively researching, or maybe there is no budget to fix the receiver

I will leave these two up to see the current state of the Schumann signals. There are some nice horizontal bands, probably from more local lightning strikes or possibly vehicles coming near the site or equipment glitches. The sharp vertical ( continuous ) 25 Hz signal comes from the electricity supply system in the UK, you can hear this on faulty radios as "mains hum".

There is also a man made signal at 40 Hz, I don't know what that is. If you open these two links in different tabs and flick between them, you can see the relative strength of the "lightning strikes" in the north-south and east-west field directions.

That can give you some idea of the direction of the strike although it can't distinguish between opposite directions.

Change is coming.

It's been beautifully quiet on the chart over the last few days. I grabbed an image of the chart a few hours ago.

You can see those very clear horizontal green bands of the Schumann resonances that strengthen and weaken throughout the day with, we are told, thunderstorms in the world's rainforests.

All that is going to change in a little over three hours. If I am right, then at around 09:00 on this chart ( or shortly after ) those strange white interference bands will emerge again and pierce the chart through the rest of Sunday and Monday.

So I know it looks really quiet and peaceful now but there you have it, a prediction, I will see how I have done tomorrow morning :)

Thanks, Monday worked out too but was pretty quiet compared to Sunday. I was worried when they put the monitor back online that those anomalies would disappear. The rest of this week should be quiet, at least until late Sunday so anyone who wants to see what the Schumann resonance chart is supposed to look like, this week is a good time to do it.

So after another very quiet week with some, faily low level activity on Sunday pm, it about to get busy again.

Starting in about an hour at the earliest, around 7 on the chart and building towards midday there will be a much greater chance of seeing activity than we have seen for the the whole of last week. Larger blocks of white RF interference. We could see activity popping up right through the day.

Yes but it wasn't as soon or as active as I thought it would be. We should see some good stuff today and later in the week, maybe Thursday and Friday. I told NODOOM I was trying to predict this on his thread or fails, and nearly failed

Someone here, Thread: Resonance Schumann live...Natural proof of the end. said they were frightened of the outcome of the these processes. I don't think there is anything to worry about in these charts, they are just showing up a strange but harmless phenomena.
