During late 1996 and 1997, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed stayed in the Czech Republic, as the Taliban allegedly did not approve of his womanising. German officials believe that the leaders of Al-Qaeda planned almost the entire September 11 plot in Afghanistan. Six of the hijackers that were chosen later down the line would have some say in the plot.

Last week in Chicago, Emad Karakrah was arrested for brandishing an ISIS flag and making bomb threats to police. The incident occurred when police attempted to pull over Mr. Karakrah for driving erratically. After initially stopping, the ISIS supporter then led police in a high-speed car chase, and ran through several red lights, before being stopped and arrested.
