Mockups of official residences exist. I have seen a Canadian version with my own eyes( painted on a wall ffs) many years ago. Quite possible.

100% fake background, also hologram looks plausible as well from analyzing facial anomalies during speech which would appear and disappear, like bags under eyes to no bags. color changes and such
