Well....not quit that simple, because you do need to take vitamin supplements, and a LOT MORE than the "health care industry" will tell you need, esp. C, D3, B complex, Calcium WITH Magnesium, fish oil... But if you remember, D3 every day--min 10,000 IUs for health maintenance...or your body weight for three days in IUs (i.e. 150 pound person needs 150,000 IUs per day for three days) if you are sick. then.... 1. Iodine on a q-tip for ear complaints. 2. Colloidal silver spray up the nose for nasal complaints, colds, flus. 3. Chlorhexidine gluconate mouthwash twice daily for dental hygiene... and VOILA...you will likely rarely (if ever) need a doctor or dentist. I have not brushed my teeth in a year, and I do "oil pull" (Google it) with sesame seed oil, and my teeth are healthier than ever. (I do floss them regularly after every meal though.) This regimen is for people 18 and older. I have not been to a doctor for 8 years. Went to a dentist two years ago, who continues to give me a prescription for CG...but you might be able to get it without one online..because my teeth were a mess, bleeding gums, the works. My health is perfect, and my teeth are perfect now! (I am a 54 year old male....5'11", 245 pounds.)

If you have not been on a D3 regimen, you can get 5000 IU gelcaps at Walmart for about $11-12. Get some...actually get two big bottles. For the first three days, take D3 as though you were sick (above)...i.e. 1000 IUs per pound of your body weight. Then, level off to a maintenance dose of 5000 IUs after that initial 3 days if you are under 120 pounds, OR, 10,000 IUs daily if you are over 150 pounds...OR whichever dosage you prefer if you are in the middle of those weight ranges. YOU WILL NOT GET THE COMMON COLD. PERIOD!

You'll just have to Google, and be a bit coy about your ID details. But, I don't really need to, because my dentist just keeps re-prescribing for me at $4 a pop. I did have an ear problem for about a year (across early 2013-early 2014,) that I could not diagnose. It turned out to be allergies. My daughter who is an RN finally convinced me of that. Apparently, 40+ adults don't get the same type of allergic reactions to fall stuff as 20-somethings, and they get earaches instead. Anyway, I had a thread on here about it. TRIED EVERYTHING, and suffered for months. Then tried iodine on a swab, and two weeks later...all better. NOW, I started getting the same earache a few weeks ago, took my daughter's advice, and just regular allergy pills are checking it completely this go 'round. Haven't needed the iodine, because the aches never reached the infection point like they did before. As you get older you learn to listen to your body more, and if you understand stuff more, you really don't need doctors unless you have an injury.

I can't prove it because I don't have a way to test the thesis, obviously, BUT...I swear if everyone started using CG mouthwash at 16 years old or even younger as it is designed to be used (i.e. a small mouthful swished for one minute, twice daily --one of those BEFORE BEDTIME) dentistry would disappear. Not orthodontics,of course, but general dentistry. Poof! Gone! Doubt you'll hear that on TV though, or even on Dr. Oz...

I'd add using hydrogen peroxide in your ears, I learned that here on the forum years ago. I keep some in an eyedropper bottle and if I think I might be coming down with something (very rare these days) I lie on my side or hold my head on the side and fill my ear with H2O2, let it bubble and fizz for a while and then drain it out and clean it with swabs. Maybe do it twice. A couple of times I nipped something in the bud doing that. Thanks for the other tips!
