I suppose if it were a civil case it could be sealed but this is a criminal case. I think it is very suspicious and telling that the federal and state laws are not being enforced.

Personally, I don't like zionist. But, it seemed rather obvious that "they" dealt with one of their own.

(CNN) -- The cardiac arrest leading to Joan Rivers' death happened as the comedian's personal doctor began performing a biopsy on her vocal cords, a source close to the death investigation told CNN.


A staff member at Manhattan's Yorkville Endoscopy clinic told investigators that the doctor, who has not been publicly identified, took a selfie photo in the procedure room while Rivers was under anesthesia, the source said.

After Cohen, the clinic's medical director, finished his work, a biopsy was done on Rivers without her prior consent, according to the source.

Investigators believe that Rivers' vocal chords began to swell during the allegedly unauthorized biopsy, cutting off the flow of oxygen to her lungs, which led to cardiac arrest on the morning of August 29, the source said

I had a biopsy during a gall bladder removal without having given consent in FL, but

I didn't die, and

I hadn't 6 weeks prior made a public statement about MO being a tranny.

Yep, IF that's what actually happened. Isn't there supposed to be at least another medical person in there, such as a nurse or other?

Why is that person so elusive? Not an actual medical professional, but only a 'professional'?

They're changing the story ... this time they say this about the unknown doctor:

"The doctor is described by the source as Rivers' personal ear-nose-throat physician."

But yesterday, the unknown was just that - unknown. Everyone thought she was just a makeup artist there to help Joan after the procedure was finished.

Just last Saturday, the clinic firmly denied that any biopsy was done there:

 "A biopsy of the vocal cords has never been performed at Yorkville Endoscopy."

They said "Never." Not never on Joan Rivers, but never, at all. Until some mystery doctor strides in to do the first (and unauthorized by the patient) biopsy on this famous woman.

What is so weird is that if a visiting doctor shows up at an office usually they are introduced to the staff....the staff thought this fugly gal was a makeup artist....why hide the fact that she was a doctor to the staff?

CNN reported that Korovin took a selfie of herself with the anesthetized and unconscious Rivers before the procedure went awry.

If she was her personal ENT, who clearly has the stars pictures plastered all over her walls, why the selfie on an unconscious Joan?

Was she really her doctor?
