Which part of the fraudulent system that you support do you work for, 9482?
The government? The banks? The other lending institutions? A law firm?
Let me assure you, what is posted on this thread is a lot closer to truth than anything that you will get from any official source.
If I am wrong 9482, quote the law that states that federal reserve notes are lawful money?

The system is a cheat. Get educated on the federal reserve and banking systems. I am doing that now.
If you cheat a system that is based on cheating then you aren't cheating you are reclaiming your freedom from the party that cheated you. |

no, they aren't going to send it to you for two reasons...they don't have it...but if they did (and they don't) they would guard it and not let it out of their hands since it is the only LEGITIMATE way to verify and validate the debt.
you want them to know that YOU know that there is no ORIGINAL note...and if they push the issue, you will insist on making them bring the note to court in the event of any action.
if you properly NOTICE them of that fact, and do not authenticate the note on their behalf...they cannot proceed.
if they do proceed, and cannot supply the original or authenticated copy..they are committing a FRAUD UPON THE COURT...a FELONY. But read the rules of the court for the state you live in... |

And why does the government have 2 sets of books? The assets (50 to 100 trillion not reported in the budgets) that they have "title" to (stolen from the People) show up in the comprehensive annual financial reports.

Hate to say it but a debt is a debt. You may be able to bring this strategy up, but you will lose. Be cautious as an unwise move at this time may be seen as "fraudulent conveyance" or "attempted theft by deception". Default on a loan will get a judgment against you, fraud will get you time.
Avoid bankruptcy if you can, it isn't worth the years of hard work to get back in shape. Negotiate with the party attempting collection. They will typically rather negotiate than chase you in court and attempt to collect a judgement.
As for mortgages, notes etc. The originials or certified copies are available at the Clerk of the Court and certified copies are admissable in any court.
As for whose fault your debt is, you can whine all you want about TPTB or "the man". You incurred a debt under both UCC and Common Law. Fair or not, remember the schoolyard strategy, don't provoke a bully. The bully may be wrong, but he will beat you just the same.
Be cautious about implementing any of the strategies you find on the net ....unless you have plenty of time and money to fight in court.

It is actually greter than a 7% spread because banks are allowed to oerform what is called franctional reserve banking. The profit margin is much higher. |
