I wonder if its better to allow summary judgment so that I can file notarized copies of my promissory note, INSTEAD of having the Plaintiff dismiss with prejudice? What could happen if the case is dismissed by the plaintiff? Can I still file a copy of my note with the court if its been dismissed? Suggestions?
