The clips are generated after some time by the server playing the video and randomly* selecting still frames at certain times. These do not show up immediately always, depending on the size and type of video. Once they are selected and cached they will display.

How are frames missing of him walking in? Easy. They cut down the length and removed them because they are inconsequential (except in this case apparently because exeryone with eyes can see obama is a cgi robot antichrist baphomet) gmafb....
