how come Northern Ireland couldn't secede but Scotland can ?...

If they vote yes and are against joining the EU then it throws a wrench in the NWO plans. But if they vote yes, and agree to join the EU then its no different because its still supporting the NWO plan.

That is exactly why Scotland is screwed if it goes independent, and also why most in Highlands and Islands are expected to vote to remain in the UK. The infrastructure in the vast sparsely populated areas is not viable to maintain or develop without being subsidised by the rest of the UK. From postal services and telecommunications to air, ferry and bus services, and from roads to bridges - all is heavily subsidised by the rest of the UK.

Most exports from Scotland also go to England, and those that go to the rest of the world mainly transit through England to get to the European continent and elsewhere. Sure, they can fly stuff or ship stuff direct from Scotland, but due to their limited volumes and infrastructure that would add a lot of cost to many exports. So, if Scotland wants to walk away from the UK without paying its share of the debt, then the rest of the UK can easily hamstring Scotland.

Scotland has milked the rest of the UK for too long, and this whole episode has just made the rest of us realise how much they have been doing it. Now the will reap what they have sown. They have burnt their bridges. If the vote is a 'No' then good luck to them trying to get the extra powers of 'Devo Max' through parliament - they don't have a chance. If they vote 'Yes' then they are on their own, and neither the UK nor the EU will be there to prop them up. Personally, I was very pro-union at the start of this; but as the unfair benefits Scotland has been enjoying have come to light, and they vile hatred displayed by the nationalists has been revealed, now I want Scotland to go.

If Scotland doesn't vote 'Yes' then they need to realise that they have forever damaged their relationship with the rest of the UK. I say good riddance. Anyone who want to stay in the union is always welcome to come and move south; they will be welcomed.
