Anonymous Coward User ID: 60336614 Canada 09/19/2014 07:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Crypto investments are one of the worst investments out there but also one of the most promising as anyone who has ever brought bitcoin at 1-100$ would know. The problem with Bitcoin specifically is that it was never designed for mass adoption However there are other non-bitcoin structured cryptos that are being designed or have already been designed for mass adoption that one day could be on par with any first or second world fiat currency. There is a real and possible threat that one day Gold can be replaced by cheaply made Graphene or superior technologies that would render Gold back into a purely artistic value. |

Don't be. Any fiat money, and no matter how they scream, bitcoin is just another form of fiat money controled by man. Gold is the only true money, can't make it except by putting mercury isotope in a nuclear reactor for 24 hrs, which means its supply increases little, and silver to a lesser extent. I laughed when I saw "shitcoin", knew it would not last, supply controled by man, no matter what jabberwocky they were telling you. You can ignore the consequences of your actions, but you cannot ignore the RESULTS of the consequences of your actions Ayn Rand |

If bitcoin ever becomes a problem for feds, central bankers or globalist they will: (a) tax it or (b) pass a law banning it or (c) federal reserve will simply buy enough bitcoins to control it. Bitcoin will be done when it poses a threat to central bankers, globalists or feds, until then it will continue to operate like a poker game. |

Quoting: Falter I will probably buy gold soon, I just need to ask my friend first I bought at 20 I sold at 950 I bought Gold. I bought silver. I bought supplies and tradable goods for the coming shit-storm. Very nicely done I fucked up and missed the shitcoin boat... and I knew about it when it was just new. I was too fixated on gold and a certain way of seeing things. I should've gambled, but I didn't. Oh well. Gold will be the real show anyway;-) The one to remember. |

Why do you think it's not possible, exactly? Bitcoin is a brilliant invention that improves on the concept of money, taking it out of the hands of the privately-owned federal reserve scammers and putting more freedom into the hands of the individual. Mathematics as a form of currency... who would have thought it was possible? And who is satoshi, we all wonder? Some random computer programmer utilizing Tor changed the lives of thousands of people. I bet you 10 BTC and an oz of gold the price will be at 50K+ per bitcoin within a year. If I'm right my 10 BTC will be worth half a million or more. If I'm wrong my 10 btc might be worth nothing but you still get an oz of gold. I ain't gonna be wrong though. I see the future, bitches.. |

Everyone who has anything bad to say about BTC does not understand how it works. It has a high learning curve and takes the masses a while to catch on. You see the smart, the really smart, looking into Bitcoin as we speak. Look at MIT…. Paypal? Bitcoin ATMs are everywhere now and it is getting relatively easier to purchase them. Wait till everyone realizes they are scarce but almost infinitely divisible. There will be many rushes, but a big one is on the horizon. Many will be made rich in hours and days. For me it isn't just an investment, it is a way out of our rotten system. It is global, backed by Mathematics, and entirely decentralized. |
