Looks to me like there may be stop signs behind the tree branches... obviously they must have some type of system in place or this would happen all the time lol.

I think the car should have yielded to the truck.

Common sense, same as traffic lights out. Yield right (in U.K.) - left in USA? Traffic takes turns one at a time. Depending on which country that was in determines who is wrong. Neither appeared to bother yielding, both idiots in my opinion, but then thats 99.9% of drivers in any country.

Why you care about the traffic lights so much? This guy is lucky. Think about that. What he is thinking after and what he is thinking when he sees what is happening? Oh my.
