Would you speak out if given sudden fame?

If I believed in what I was saying, then yes, I would speak out. I wouldn't want to be paid to say it though.

I don't care to hear their political stance or any other thing they have to say.

What if they were calling all the bullshit in the entertainment industry?
I like the famous people on our side of the coin who speak out against tptb.
People like Matt Bellamy of Muse and The rapper Immortal Technique for example.

Robin Williams did call out a few glp like things.

Fame is a ploy into more control and manipulation from bigger powers that be.

Plus, what is the fame for? Good or evil? The powers that be judge you on appearance before they ever typecast you into a fame role anyways. If you're ugly, they sell you evil. If you're pretty, they sell you sexy.

As the saying goes, "there's a price to pay for fame..."

There's a long list of those who have spoken out, the majority died long before their time.

I disagree with most of that. What is wrong with pointing out to the people that they live in a massive world of lies. According to what you said you should never try to expose people to truth, just keep it to yourself.

Just because you are famous doesn't mean you played their game to get there. Look at the rapper I mentioned earlier, Immortal Technique. He is moderately famous and got there by starting his own label, trashes tptb, never accepting sponsorship that would make him tone down the message, and puts his music up for free. He most certainly didnt play the game to get where he is today...

Here is the catch that I can see. It would be reasonable to suggest any form of 'mega' fame would be orchestrated by TPTB. I am not saying a person cant become famous without their influence but I am surmising that they own the media which is the ultimate tool.

With that said 'God giveth and god taketh away'. To speak out using 'their' tools would be suicide if a person was to point the finger at anyone specifically which would be what is required to shame the 'house of liars' lol

Rosie O'Donnell, while I dislike her, had a very lucrative high-profile job on tv. She dared to speak out about WTC7. She got fired. And where's her career been since then?

The same would happen to anyone. If you dare speak out, you're quickly dethroned. No matter who you are. I wouldn't be surprised if Rosie is living on food stamps now.
