It's a picture of Tamberlan's Tsarnaev's wife AT THE BOSTON FINISH LINE with Djokar walking behind her, WITH NO MENTION that he is right there behind her.

There was never any mention she was present at the Boston Marathon that I can recall, let alone walking with/near the younger brother, Jjokar, after the bombing!

Again, no mention of her being near the finish line of the Marathon that day, OR BEING IN THE COMPANY (PRACTICALLY...I MEAN HE'S THAT CLOSE) OF HER HUSBAND'S YOUNGER BROTHER...the most wanted man in America when that photos was taken!!!
