massive fire destroys building on hwy 11 in grainger county, tn.

evidently somehow the fire started in the basement that was closed off under a concrete floor and cinder block walls. there was no access from the inside and only a small access from the outside.

nonetheless, the fire started in the basement and, according to the news report first 'destroyed walls' and then destroyed the entire building 'inside and out' that had housed 'angels ice cream' and 'wingz and beyond'

fire crews managed to tear through the concrete floor to gain access.

owners said 'they had insurance'....
