I don't understand how polygamy is proven here. Migration yes - with women being bought and sold and traded and stolen - diversifying the genes upon procreation.

I think there is also evidence that women retain dna from offspring from the womb - so I would be more inclined to see a case for polyandry - unless someone can explain this to me more clearly.
