Breathing also allows us to inhale and exhale light. Practise this exercise: inhale as you focus your mind on attracting light and then exhale concentrating on projecting this light onto your organs and your cells. Inhale again, in the same way, and exhale. Very soon you will begin to sense the beneficial effect of this exercise; you will feel relaxed, at peace. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63372585 And once you have attracted light towards you, once you have inhaled it, you can imagine you are exhaling it to bestow it upon the entire world. This second exercise should of course only be undertaken when you have practised the first many times and have replaced many of your dull and sickly particles with particles of light. You must first feel that this work of transformation and purification is beginning to bear fruit before you can begin to give to others this light you have received within you. This work with light is also symbolized by the Hebrew letter Aleph xx. Aleph is the initiate who takes the celestial light, divine life, to give it to humankind." This exercise will gradually give you the ability to command all your cells, and one day you will sense that you are truly master of your mental, emotional and spiritual world. When an accident occurs in everyday life, firemen, military personnel or the police set out immediately to extinguish fires, repair bridges, clear roads, and so on. On the physical plane it is considered normal to intervene immediately, but on the inner plane people don’t know how to react. Not only do they wait until all kinds of damage is done, but they do nothing to repair it. Well, every day you must glance within yourself – three, ten, twenty times a day – to see what needs repair, and take care of it right away. If you let everything go, assuming things will take care of themselves, you will wait a long time, and perhaps forever." Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov [link to www.prosveta.com] |
