Stretch marks are an indication of a zinc deficiency, which is rather common.

So I'd take 50 mg for a week or two and then cut back to 17 mgs or so a day. You might also look at the foods that are rich in zinc and include them in your diet.

Zinc creams might also be something I'd try. I'd get one without any nasty chemicals either from an independent health food store or online.

A product called Renu 28 that has produced some miraculous results for a variety of skin problems from reducing scarring to reversing wrinkles.

Here is one example: [link to lh6.googleusercontent.com (secure)]

Daily topical application of coconut oil has a lot of fans who have used it who say it has reduced or eliminated their stretch marks. I'd take a tablespoon daily internally as well.

Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved.

Hello,

I write here to ask for opinion on the changes of diet I made.

The only caveat I see is that it is high in fat content.

I would eat only organic vegetables, organic beef, organic pork lard, walnuts, organic potatoes, avocados, organic eggs, brie cheese, whey protein since I do some lifting.

The calories needed are: 3.1k a day

160 g protein 23%
146 g carbohydrates 21%
187g fat 56%

percentages are of total calories

which makes fat more than half all calories I would eat. I have a friend who had her fixed by ND and when she replaced coconut oil for cooking with animal fat, she reports higher energy etc.

However, as you have experience in dealing with all kinds of illness, I would like to ask whether you see it a problem for such high fat content in diet.

I wrote a post some time ago where I reported nightly wake-ups between 1-3 am. I went to doctor for diabetes test and he said everything is normal but while researching I found that I might have imbalanced adrenals that excrete cortisol at night and wakes me up due to sugar imbalance or smth like that. Other symptoms are acne, tiredness during the day, sometimes find it hard to concetrate and feel sleepy after 3 pm or so. You advised your FAT protocol that I will try to do but diet should come first and I'd like to know what you think about food I listed and percentages of calories during the day.

I'm so sorry, but I don't give dietary advice. There are many others who are far more expert than me on the subject. Of course, there are 10 different opinions about every topic regarding dietary advice which is part of the reason I stay away from it.

No matter what advice I would give, there would almost instantly be an argument to ensue which would say, "No, this way is better!" Who is correct? I just don't know.

One thing that seems to be true is that different people do better with different diets. In that respect the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type" has a lot of merit. Perfect? Nope.

The symptoms you describe do look like candidates for my FAT protocol.

Let me ask the past two replies to please give me a detailed history as was requested in the original post. Be sure to include the types of medicines you're taking now and in the past, as well as what previous health issues you've had and at what age. Your present age is helpful along with your sex.

It is simply amazing to me how someone will mention to me a detail that they think might not be too important, that is a real clue for me.

The more details you give me, the better answer I can give you. There have been several folks already who haven't done that, and they received no answer.

Cystic Fibrosis since birth

If I don't take these enzymes I shit my brains out and it smells horrible!

Breathing treatments when I need them, sodium chloride and abrutoral when needed

I'm not sure what to include

I crave sugar and candy
I get sick when I drink water, I puke
I am on pain killers oxycotin and vicadin because of back and knee injuries
I have a head injury that messed my brain up into always sending the most horrible pain signal

I get sick with lung infections a lot

Thank you, AC.

In previous responses, I've given some insight into genetic diseases that you'll find to be good news. The good news is that there are modulators that control the expression of genetic diseases. IOW, you can most likely greatly reduce the expression of your condition. Do a search on each page for the word "epigenetics" to see my various responses. Each one might have a little bit more info that can give you a clearer picture.

I use the "Ctrl" and "F" keys to do a word search on my computer. Your computer might be different.

There are far better digestive enzymes than Creon. They don't have side effects because they are natural rather than synthetic and they probably would do a better job. Each person is a little different, so it can be a matter of trying different ones to find the best one for you.

They are available at health food store and online.

The other type of enzymes I'd want to get would be to dissolve the fibrosis "biofilm." For that I would start taking Fibrenza which is a combination of systemic enzymes. Normally they would be taken on an empty stomach with water, but if I couldn't drink water, I'd do the best I could do and would take them with some other beverage either between meals (preferred) or with my meals along with plenty of the digestive enzymes.

Excess fibrin - which is part of fibrosis - probably causes more harm that just about any other compound in our body. We release it as a short term fix. But when a person has Cystic fibrosis, they are making way to much of it.

The fibrosis is a shield that blocks healing. The enzymes can dissolve the fibrin so that your body can wash it away. The enzymes can literally eat through the cystic walls.

You might find that hot spices also make you feel better. I'd sprinkle some cayenne powder on my tongue and let it mix with my saliva as long as I could stand it. Yes, it's going to be "an adventure" for a couple minutes.

After two minutes, I'd sip some milk to stop the burning. And then I'd observe over the next few hours to see if I was feeling fewer symptoms such as in the lungs.

If it did help me, I follow the same recipe I used to cure my Stage 4 cancer. This method is far less expensive than Fibrenza.

Yet another option would be to test SinusBuster nasal spray using only one puff per nostril each day. Two in each nostril at one time the first day might be okay.

It'll sting for a few seconds, but it delivers capsaicin from hot peppers into the bloodstream. This method would actually be easier than putting cayenne on your tongue. The pain is less, too.

If I were craving sweets, I'd definitely follow my FAT protocol. It's for medium sized and thin people, too.

Some people don't use the water in their body efficiently. Fulvic acid increases our absorption of water by reducing the surface tension that water naturally has.

It's important to get better absorption of water because it is key to other things working. That's what the fulvic acid can do.

Fulvic acid also acts like a simultaneous UPS delivery man and trash collector because it delivers much higher levels of the nutrients we need and helps clear out the waste products in our cells. If money is an issue, shilajit can be an inexpensive way to get it. For instance Swanson Health Products sells "extra strength" shilajit with 70% fulvic acid for just a few dollars. At the moment it is buy one get one free for $7.99

Each molecule of fulvic acid provides 14,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 electrons donors, so it is super powerful.

If I could afford to do only one thing, I'd get the shilajit. If I could afford more than one, I'd do as many of these suggestions as possible because each one could give a person with CF a remarkable improvement.

I created a pain spray you can make that has provided tremendous relief for many of the worst pains. It works fast. Usually in one or two minutes the pain subsides.

I'd be very interested in hearing back from you with your results from these various suggestions - either one or more than one.

I take Fulvia. I use it because someone I know had metastatic cancer. He was in excruciating pain. I thought he had died, until he contacted me by email. He said his symptoms cleared up in two weeks.

I'm not familiar with other brands, but you could go by the reviews on Amazon for the product you're inquiring about.

Hi, my Godmother is going into kidney failure and about to start dialysis. I have no records on her medical history except that she's had a bad kidney infection before. I've read where ginger could possibly be used to help, but not entirely sure about the details... Please let me know what I can do to save her. Thanks.

Kidney failure is the result of a lot of stuff that has gone on before. So it helps to fix the "before" stuff. Diabetes? High blood pressure? Medications? Heavy metal exposure?

I'd start eating fresh cranberries, chewing them really well. Cranberry softgels wold be my second choice. Cranberry has anti-infection properties and is beneficial for the Kidneys and bladder.

But beyond that without any information it's a shot in the dark.

Oh, I would start taking a high quality fulvic acid, gradually increasing them each week. Use YouTube to watch various products being demonstrated for quality. Over time, that could help to reverse things.

It's probably safe to assume that your heart troubles are related to your forced inactivity from your injuries.

I'm also disabled from a smashed L-5, so I know what that is like not to be able to do things physically. It's difficult for those who haven't physically experienced what you've been through to fully appreciate what you deal with daily.

That doesn't mean you can't feel 200% better than you do now.

There is a recipe I created that helps to relieve all sorts of pain, either from injuries or from things like arthritis, etc.

[link to www.linkedin.com (secure)]

If I had an enlarged left atrium, I'd get some tumeric spice from the grocery store along with peppercorns. The peppercorns usually come in a bottle that has a grinder built in. I'd put a 1/2 to full teaspoon of the tumeric on my tongue each day with a couple twists from the peppercorn bottle.

Then I'd let the stuff stay in my mouth until it was completely mixed with my saliva before swallowing. I'd do that once a day, maybe twice.

Lobelia is a great herb for COPD. I'd take a capsule twice a day and increase it to two twice a day with an 8 ounce glass of filtered water only.

If anyone ever needed some fulvic acid, it's you. ;-) I'd start on it and stay on it to let it gradually provide more and more benefits.

Look into foot detox pads on Google or Amazon. I put them on the palms of my hands since getting them on my feet is a challenge. These things can provide fast, fast improvements in how well we sleep and feel the next day.

I'd get one container of powdered IntestiNew and take it. You'll be amazed how much better your intestines feel.

Let me know what you do and the results you get.
