If even a fraction of that # got Ebola, all medical facilities would be overwhelmed, and the death rate would be catastrophic. Assumptions of living under total riots and no access to food, water, medical would kill the majority of those sick, and many who are well. Think 10% survival in such a scenario.

What is all this f+++ing fearmongering? you can catch ebola from another person only after symptoms have appeared. That´s why it´spreading in hospitals mainly.

They could only "produce" 2000-3000 deaths for 9 months even in West-Africa, likely by spreading it artificially as well.
