According to Neubarth's scenario, the Chinese would initially trial two to three different strains in different places in Africa and then South America (Most likely Brazil). If one of the strains takes off, then they will release an airborne strain in the same region, so it will look exactly like it evolved in the midst of the pandemic.

According to Joe, they would not do that unless they had already vaccinated the percentage of their population that they wanted to save in China.
