I was just reading the news and saw this picture of Thomas Eric Duncan wearing bright green.
There is also someone in a bright yellow hazmat suit.

The first and second series of Utopia featured bright yellow and green.

Utopia was a UK TV series about a group of people wanting to destroy most of the population with a binary virus.
The story was also based on a number of real historic events, including a number of assassinations and the Three Mile Island accident.

There was trouble over the series because it included a school shooting episode which was shown a month after Sandy
Hook.
