A healthy Kenyan student was quarantined at a Russian hospital for 11 days on suspicion she was infected with the Ebola virus. After 11 days in isolation, she was cleared and is now back in class. -
Another patient, a 10-year-old Liberian student,was admitted at a hospital in Nakuru with a fever and other symptoms. The boy and nurse who first attended to him were immediately quarantined but later released after tests were negative. -

As far as I know, Russia reported that they have some kind of vaccine for Ebola. They tested it on horse and it worked, don't know anything about tests on humans.

ive been wanting to know for some time, at what temps ebola can survive well in, knowing that its a tropical disease i had my suspicion it would struggle in places like Siberia.

But this is a weaponized military virus we are talking about, so who knows what resistances it has programmed into it.
