Yes, this is pretty obviously ebola. They probably don't know whether to shut the schools or not, but given the downside risk if they don't shut them, they'll do it as a precaution.

We had a mother effer of a storm come through yesterday, they're not faking the power outages. Incredible stroke of luck though, might minimize the spread through the schools of that's even possible at this point.
