That's awesome.

I really enjoy refrainning myself from drinking beer for a long time. From time to time I get the idea - oh cold beer - then it pass. And when I do choose it, oh my god it's nice! Looking forward to that next event and enjoying the time without it. It's addiction in reverse :)

I agree. It's like Thanksgiving dinner smell in the house. You know you're going to be eating good, but that anticipation is always nice to savor.

I try to refrain from smoking cigs, I look at the time I turned off the last one then set a goal, like two hours is my best right now...although I did have to travel a while ago and had to go 8 hours without one
