All prophecies the bible says will happen in End Times are happening or almost completed at present

Jesus said end times will start out like birth pangs.

birth pangs start out slowly and contractions are faint.

gradually there is an increase in birth pangs and pain.

Finally there is the "big one"

So yes - there will be a big one, and all the events of today are leading up to it.

We are also told the nations that come against Babylon will come from the ends of the earth.

Well, the medes and persians were neighbors of Israel.

Therefore I suspect we have countries like Russia etc

There are several theories I have what this is referring to.

One is either the medes, Russia, or China attack the USA who may be mystery babylon.

Another is - at present it appears most western nations, some middle eastern are attacking ISIS (the medes).

This could also represent cyberwarfare that's happening today between all the nations mentioned.

Iran and Russia are in Syria.

Israel is in Syria.

This looks like it setting up to fulfill gog magog war - where Iran and possibly Russia attack Israel.

Could Israels's involvement be hook in jaw?

We do see an alliance forming between Iran and Russia in Syria.

Israel is doing bomb raids in Syria.

Something is going to happen that will provoke Iran and Russia into a confrontation with Israel i.e. Hook in the jaw. And then we will "SEE" God's judgement executed upon the Arabs.

Tribulation has been described by Jesus as comparing birth pangs a woman has before giving birth.

Contractions are far apart and uncomfortable and as she gets closer to having the baby very powerful contractions and quite abit of pain.

Jesus also said that during this period there will be some obvious signs:

Many will be offended aka political correctness
nation will be against nation, kingdom against kingdom
christians will be hated, persecuted
Gospel will spread to all nations
evil will abound
love will grow cold
people will hate each other

Many dispute that the world here means the whole world, saying it's only babylon. However, the Day of the Lord is meant to be a judgement against the entire earth.

I want to skip ahead a little in Isaiah 13 to where God tells us he will raise up the medes and punish the world for their iniquities.

This could be a relevant clue as to who the migrants are, and what's taking place in Europe and USA today.

The medes are essentially ISIS, he will use them to punish the world.

If that's the case - then ISIS is masquerading as migrants to infiltrate our countries and inflict some sort of damage. Most likely physical, because we are doing a great job of destroying ourselves economically.

Isaiah 13:17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.

18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eyes shall not spare children.

Don't these verses sound like ISIS???

Could this be a deception on Russia's part to disarm Israel, win their trust; and then do an EMP on Israel - while at the same time, sending in hordes of Arabs to "take a spoil"?
