Do not waste time and risk impurities, it going bad, or bad batches. Liposomal c is very easy to make. Making some now as we speak. Do not try reinventing the wheel. It just wastes your time. I know enough to know that I know nothing |

I would think that this would be contrary to your goal of maximum adsorption. But maybe Im wrong. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63607487 but there is no mention of proteins on that link - one of the very few sources of egg yolk lecithin i can find for the time being |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 77954695 United States 02/22/2020 09:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i figure it's time to start making my own lipo C and so i'm sourcing a sonic cleaner & i'll be inserting a glass dish into the plastic/stainless steel container so there's no chance of leaching. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 63606902 but i'm kinda stuck on the lecithin part.. does anybody have experience using egg yolk lecithin? how pure does the lecithin need to be for this recipe - can it include extras such as Di-calcium phosphate, silica, vegetable cellulose (USP) and purified water like [link to www.iherb.com] or does only pure straight up lecithin do? .. can i make lipo c by blending an egg yolk with the C? |
