KCTV5 in Kansas City right fucking now

looking at google streetview, that's not the area. it was an apartment building with indoor stairs, probably 3 stories all with balconies. the front sign to the entrance that had the name of the apartments was just ageneric looking plain wood sign. door to apt and door from balcony was shown to be taped with caution tape

We'll continue to follow this overnight through KCTV5 in KC and have reports tomorrow morning from 7-9 on the KSCW.

Oh, fu@k me sick. My grandmom is literally down the street from that. my mom lives in grandview. I used to have a friend that lived in that neighborhood (not the nicest). I didn't say this before, but my brothers all live in Dallas, nieces, nephews, and many beloved friends. My entire immediate family on my mom's side lives near this neighborhood in Kansas city. Hi, I'm not sure if this is the location or not. Was just a message I saw on the news channels fb page. Someone else said it was a standoff and then no more comments from others to verify any of it. No mention of the apartment location that I can find so far to confirm where it is located. KWCH posted on their fb page: "We'll continue to follow this overnight through KCTV5 in KC and have reports tomorrow morning from 7-9 on the KSCW." Hopefully we'll get more info in the morning.

Well one things for sure..something isnt right about all this...they are either not being truthful by making it all up to cause panic for some reason or its really bad and they are hiding it to prevent panic..

Best guess? Prevention.

Police at the apartment building told KCTV5 that all or part of the medical facility the person was taken to is now quarantined as well. The person was taken to Rockhill Research Hospital. No one at the hospital will confirm what the person has at this time.

I fear that it is the latter of the two possibilities. It would be a stretch to have a coast to coast conspiracy of government, media, and "actors" to pull this hoax off. Oh, wait.....

I like how they confirmed whatever it is, is contagious...probably just strep.

In case anyone wants info on the hospital, the proper name for it is Research Medical Center.

Why would they put the entire hospital on lockdown? Do they think everyone in the entire place could be infected?

Fear factor for us rubes in the Midwest. Research Med Center is one of the biggest names in hospitals in the central U.S.
