CDC chief Tom Frieden will be the star guest on “This Week” and “State of the Union” while NIH head Anthony Fauci will appear on “Face the Nation” and “Fox News Sunday” to assure the nation that they’ve got this virus by the throat, even though (a) there’s no reliable way to stop infected people from getting on planes; (b) the hospital in Dallas sent Thomas Duncan home from the ER after being told he’d come from Liberia; (c) it was days before the apartment where he was staying with family members was sanitized; and (d) their estimate of how many people in Dallas had contact with Duncan before he was hospitalized jumped from 18 to 80 to 100 in 48 hours. No worries. [link to hotair.com] |

Sacra hospitalized again with possible Ebola relapse, waiting on tests, if positive, Is Ebola curable? Quoting: DoorBert [link to twitter.com] Not curable no. It is so freaking lethal, it usually kills entire villages before it has a chance to spread far. Look at this, Ebola is a virus VERY similar to Influenza. Where the Flu impacts every year, there is NO ebola. Where the Flu refuses to spread to easily, there IS ebola. A lot of African villages are isolated from the Flu. They lack a strong viral immunity. Civilized world, spreading the flu every year has supercharged our defenses against viruses. Taking the flu shot, that COULD be our biggest mistake yet. |
