i agree with basically everything you said OP, except for the part about propylene glycol.

there was a campaign against it and e-cigs pointing out that PG is in anti-freeze, but in reality PG was put into anti-freeze to make it non-toxic. it replaced the toxic ingredient. PG also has anti-viral properties that are well known.

if you have other research that indicates any dangers, i'd be interested in seeing it as i haven't found much myself.

Actually the rate of polio in India was practically eradicated. I think it was down to something like 10-100 a year the year immediately proceeding the WHO/Gates foundation vaccine drive. Why would you need a vaccine campaign for a disease that had already been in all practicality, eradicated?
