My mum is A-, my 2 younger half sisters are O-, I am AB- but my older supposed full blood sister is I'm pretty sure positive blood. My mum was saying she remembered getting an injection after having my older sister & my older sister's daughter is A+ & she never received any rhogam (sp??) (anti D)shot after having her, which leads me to believe she has positive blood. My stepfather was in her life at the time of my conception as my 'real' father was his boss. Is there any chance that my apparent bio father is my real father or do things indicate that my mum had an affair with my stepfather??? Can the same father produce one neg & one pos offspring??

Yes a negative O can produce any blood type and b- also. There are other factors in blood like grand parents. The negative female is the only one who needs the shot and only if they have a negative child. That is not always the case some with some negative women she may just have a problem during her pregnancy and the child can be fine. Some reason you don't want your dad to be your dad? Daughter out with my own way.

I wasn't even allowed to mention my real fathers name in the house until I was a teenager. I ran away from home & told them I wasn't coming back until I could meet him. I told them I had a right to see who I came from. WEIRD family!!
