Allowing two american's to be treated in Atlanta

It's now clear that the two patients that were brought from Liberia to Atlanta, GA for treatment were indeed safely transported and treated with the ZMapp drug.

Now they have approved Tekmira, another experimental drug zince ZMapp has run out.. (They only had two doses??). Tekmira has been givin to Duncan as part of 'commpasionate use'

--- Bottom line is that now everyone from Libera who contracts Ebola will do exactly what Duncan did. They are going to hop on a flight and come here expecting better treatment.
