The AKP government of Turkey is a bunch of religous nuts hiding behind the color of democracy.

They have been supported by the US,and large chunks of arab money.

Yesterday in Turkey about 18 people died in clashes between pro ISIL and anti ISIL Turks.

The Erdogan Government , and the military,see s this as a great way to get rid of the kurdish problem Turkey has had.

But, it will also spill into Turkey, and with about 20 million secularist Alevis, similar to Syrian Alawites that ISIL has been targeting, it can go ugly very fast.

Turkey has a recent history of killing Alevis (as a rule mostly secularist and pro Ataturk western) and burning entire villages.

While fixing one problem they open the door for another.
The fact is that we have supported the wrong side with Erdogan. And with The Saudis.
Turkey is rapidly heading towards an abyss of civil war.

Biden sums alot up.
But, he fails to mention that Syria, and the desire to oust Assad was a throwback to the Bush Neocon plan, devised by Saudi Arabia ,American Oilmen,and Israel



Now, ISIL is a threat to the Turks and rich Arab states.
The Wahabist form of Islam that Saudi has been exporting for decades just may come home to roost.

So, we do not put boots on the ground. We bomb them.
We drone them. But let the Turks and Saudis and Qataris do the fighting.
We leave Assad alone,which will piss of the Israelis, but that is their problem. Right now any non religous extremist muslim leader is a good asset to have.
