Masturbation, Nofap, willpower & personal evolution

For those of you who don't know about the current huge Nofap movement, its basically about refraining from porn and masturbation.
Here are my thoughts on the matter of sexual refinement into evolution of the self.

Its all about restraint. When you want to Fap, restrain yourself. When you see an attractive girl, limit your looks her way, practice restraint. Sexual attraction is natural and it pulls us with a very powerful force. When we restrain ourselves, we are refining ourselves. This is what ancient masters have called alchemy. When we practice restraint, we are refining lead into gold. This is evolution. It all starts with the base sexual energy. This life-force or sexual energy is the most fundamental, and powerful energy in the universe. We can either let it take over us, and control us, or we can take over it, and control it. This is the base of all life and evolution, this sexual energy. We all have it, but few own it. Use this force as a tool for spiritual evolution. Masturbation is extremely destructive to your personal evolution. It depletes us of our most powerful fuel, the life force of all creation. We can use these energies to create more human life, or we can use it in creative expression. Don't waste it. Pro-create with it if you want children, but then start storing it and utilizing it. Sexual energy is the fuel for progress. Spilling the sexual force through masturbation is the ultimate destructive act in terms of evolution. It kills confidence and makes us weak. It makes us un-motivated and negative.

Don't worry about wet dreams, if you are working towards Nofap, you are trying to evolve whether you know it or not. Good job, your headed in the right direction. Most people are clueless of these facts and have no self control, and no higher desire to better them selves. This is a very hard mission, it takes time and patience. Our bodies go through a lot when we are working towards Nofap goals. Eventually we will gain more control over our sexual energies and these forces can become free from wastage and used towards progress for whatever life goals we may desire.

In the beginning when we start to refine the sexual desires into control, our bodies slowly start to adapt. We can start to contain and harness more energy and power. With time, patience, and practice we build these powerful sexual energies and our bodies begin to open up pathways and channels that distribute the energy in other areas of the body like the brain and heart. Most people have been fapping for so long that these pathways are blocked and the only openings for it to travel is down and out. We humans have willpower, and this is what makes us special and different. We control where we express our sexual force. When we allow it to take over us and control us we are expressing our animalistic nature and our lower egotistical self, or ego-consciousness. We all also have a spiritual higher nature that lies dormant in most people. This is our higher self, or higher consciousness. Our consciousness can be allowed to dwell in our lower animalistic centers or we can refine them and rise it up and into the higher centers which ultimately leads to self-realization.
