For years there have been warnings about FEMA camps and medical quarantine and when a completely expected emergency occurs the local, state and federal governments all failed epically.

Some how the Dallas Dept of Health had no idea how to conduct and enforce a quarantine. For the under 30's here I realize this seems acceptable but back in the 50s, 60s and 70s quarantines were normal and regular for chicken pox, measles, mumps and German measles. If you were a large family and 3 or more kids had a contagious disease the family was quarantined. I had friends quarantined in the 60s and 70s.

The first responders weren't prepared or equipped with the proper safety gear. The CDC didn't clean up the apartment or even oversee the clean up. The CDC didn't even put the 4 + people who had prolonged close contact with the patient into a observed quarantine but instead used 'monitoring'

The home the exposed went to wasn't arranged by Dallas DoH or CDC but the minister.

Neither the CDC nor Dallas Health Department nor Texas Health Department seemed to understand the vectors of the virus.

The only way I see FEMA camps being implemented is if the healthy demand to be isolated from the sick.

Hey dumbass, the whole point of FEMA is to plan for these scenarios. If something massive breaks out, of course people need to be isolated and if dead contained. Planning forthese scenarios ddoes notmeanthey created them, that's some fucked up logic you have.
