Is the Constellation Orion a Sky Design?

Orion almost seems too easy to identify. It catches the eye as if by design. All the stars it's composed of are very bright. The "sword" looks more like a phallus and contains a nebula which contains the "seeds" to make worlds just as our very own loins do. The belt points straight to Sirrius which historically speaking is very mysterious. All Coincidence?
