With all these heavy rains we've had, I think we might get some big ice storms this season

Yes my prediction is a mild winter compared to last year but with lots of freezing rain, sleet, slush, ice storms and some pretty crappy weather about as extreme as last winter but in the opposite direction.

I see a week in February with some days being described as "blisteringly" hot like off the charts oh shit this is global warming kind of deal.

But it will all be pre planned, manufactured. An attempt to combat whichever forces made last winter so bad, causing an economic downturn. They won't let that happen again, but in playing God they will unleash forces of nature which will be characterized as undoubtedly unnatural.
