How many of you struggle with anger issues?

I just have a healthy obsession with wanting to choke the living shit out some irritating SOB who desperately deserves it.

It takes a lot — and I mean A LOT — to get me angry. Some people mistake my generally high tolerance for bullshit as an invitation to f*ck with me. Then they learn that was not a very a good idea. LOL

I didn't but after a traumatic brain injury it was like BOOM bitches.

It takes a LOT to get me ticked off, but on the rare occasion I do, WATCH OUT! It's not pretty.

I know someone who has EXTREME anger issues, to the point where he is about to get fired from his job (and it's not the first time). I know his life story, and I believe all the anger he has covers up the extreme hurt and isolation he's experienced. He would never physically hurt anyone, as he's experienced it himself, but verbally, whew.

Stop reacting , sometimes i forget to just stop , but im getting there.

As I grow older, I realize that life is so short. I regret any minute I was angry in the past. Someone with whom I spent 10 years made me angry on a regular basis because he was controlling, jealous, and a liar! I gave him too many chances. I broke up with him nine years ago, and am so happy now! No anger!
