Only in v27 is the Hebrew word translated as 'itch'. In all other verses, it's translated as "sun". 
Boils - From an unused root probably meaning to burn, as in scorch

It has nothing to do with Ebola or plagues.
And everything to do 1) madness, 2) blindness and 3) confusion of mind
