So, I think "concerned" over their efficacy and long term effects might be a more appropriate way to look at it. Maybe an analogy is like the new upgrade to some OS. It promises a lot but sometimes fails to deliver. Also, even Dr's are generally reluctant to instantly start handing out brand new drugs because they have seen what is hailed as "great" being not so great.
