True. They are the least capable and slimyiest technology integrator in the MIC, but that makes them 100x better than all the no-work,no-show, "think-tank" NGOs at the top of the pyramid.

Let them do it. Al Gore and the Clintoons will just sell it to the Chinese. If it sucks they will burn down a couple of trillion dollars of USA debt to try to implement. If it works they'll probably use it for massive desalination efforts (fresh water) and decommission their hydro plants/damns that are disasters waiting to happen. Then they can sell the tech to the USA to help with the drought in California so we can have affordable produce if the fukishima thing does not get worse.

Blacklight power have promised to have a prototype of their reactor ready by early December of this year. If it proves successful, Lockheeds nuclear fusion reactor will not be required.

It's big, but I think a bigger one is the apparent discovery of a reactionless space drive (NASA validates "IMPOSSIBLE" space drive. Interesting...UPDATED)

is pretty much just a publicity stunt.
